SHIPPING & RETURNS
If for any reason customer are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for exchange only.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and undamaged.
Be returned with original tags and packaging
Please note that any Sale / Discounted item(s) are not eligible for a return or refund.
Orders are processed for shipment from Willow Fox Interiors from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (GB).
Orders placed during Saturday to Sunday will be processed from the following Monday. Willow Fox Interiors shall not be held responsible for any delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions, Covid19 or anything else that is beyond the control of Willow Fox Interiors.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you would like to return any items please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of parcel. After this I will not be able to accept returns.
Please use an insured and trackable service for all returns.
Please include your order number by enclosing original invoice with a tick next to the items you wish to return for a refund
All parcels are packaged well and thoroughly checked before sending. If any item/s break after they have arrived at the destination in perfect condition as sent i.e. are being used in the customers home then get damaged we will not be able to refund you.
The customer is responsible for returns postage unless the parcel has arrived containing damaged goods. At this point please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods to email@example.com and include clear photographs of the damaged product/s. We will then contact the courier to claim for compensation.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost items or damaged items sent by the customer during the returns process. Please contact the courier company in this instance.
If you would like to return any items for any other reason than being damaged please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Once item/s have been received we will issue a refund within 5 days(excluding original delivery charges).
The customer is responsible for packaging (and postage costs) in the same way it arrived to ensure no damage is caused during transportation, if damage does occur the customer is advised to contact the courier company to raise a complaint and claim compensation. Once I have received the item in its original state and checked it I will issue a refund within 5 days(excluding original delivery)
